What does an enterprise service contract cost?
For multi-site enterprise clients (50+ machines or international coverage) we deliver a custom proposal. Our tiers are the starting point — Basis €500, Plus €1,500, Pro €2,500 per year excl. VAT — stacked per location, with a single point of contact and consolidated reporting. Dedicated support, fixed SLA response times and certified technicians are always included.
