How much does a service contract cost?

FitFix offers three fixed annual tiers excl. VAT: Basis €500(1–5 machines, 1 preventive visit), Plus €1,500 (6–20 machines, 2 visits) and Pro €2,500 (21–50 machines, 4 visits). Call-out and labour on breakdowns (fair use) are included; parts are billed separately. SLA response time is 5 business days. Above 50 machines we provide a custom proposal.
